Our client is a food and beverage brand management company operating seven quick service restaurants (QSR) in Northeast Florida and Central Maryland.

Rapid internal growth, as well as planned expansion, both at the company-owned level and as a franchisor, prompted the client to engage AAG to assist with evaluating their current operating infrastructure and reporting systems to ensure current operations are under control and that a platform for the planned future growth is prepared and in place.
We initiated the engagement with our Performance Management study utilizing our customized analytical methodology to assess the organization’s “state of health” as it relates to performance management. The resulting deliverable allowed us to identify specific tangible opportunities for improvement focused on creating efficient operations, improving financial performance and establishing a platform for sustainable growth. Embedded in the Performance Management report were specific recommendations, action plans, and timelines. Partnering with the business, we were able to bring them to executable form.
